Abstract


Management of aid data collection at the Lombok village office is still carried out manually using worksheets and other physical documents. The aim of this research is to provide convenience for the Lombok village office in Tinombo subdistrict in checking aid data for underprivileged residents. This system is expected to help village officials determine aid recipients more efficiently, objectively, and transparently. With a web-based system, data management becomes easier to access, more efficient, and can minimize errors as well as potential fraud in the distribution process. The types and sources of data needed in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The development method used is the Waterfall method. Based on Black Box testing, all components—login, save, edit, delete buttons—function as intended. Based on these results, the test is considered successful with a score of 100%, and the system can be categorized as “Excellent”.
